First: Beware of the FIFA dangerous sicknesses
Medical researches confirmed and are currently confirming and will confirm that most of the peoples overtaken, enthusiastic and addicts of the football are the first to be hit by the psychological and nervous sicknesses leading to angina pectois, strokes, diabetics, blood pressure and early senility At the time when movement of a human being constricts due to excessiveness of technology use; and accordingly becomes lazier, more exanimate and flabbier; and sport transforms, in turn, from an individual activity, like prayers where no proxy is allowed or a public activity practiced by the republic all (Jamahiriya Sport*) to an exploitation and monopoly activity for the predominating and rich elite; the same as it with FIFA today.. and thus, the public are to be only stuffed within the role of stupid spectator.

Not such a “Beautiful Game” is it? (Well, this is according to a guy who has an all-female body guard force)

And is it me, or does “The FIFA” rub you the wrong way, kind of like a “Do the Needful“?

Second: Beware of hatred, aggressiveness and racism caused by the football.
The originator of the idea was imagining the opposite. If he were alive now he would propose the cancellation of the FIFA. He was believing that it would create love among the population of the earth and it would be a release. What happened is the spread and deepening of hatred and hate even among friends and hostility among the peoples. The match of 1970 led to war between Honduras and Salvador with 30,000 killed or wounded and that wound will never coalesce. Then it became an exploiting economic embezzling venture in lieu of an entertaining sport one. Then it became a project for corruption and spoiling, money laundering in the name of the FIFA, to passport forging, to fake matches in order to grab money… and doubling the ticket price. Indeed it came to the point of threatening to kill, physical attacks and inflicting financial and material losses on whoever tries to open the files of corruption. Then it shifted to be a slave market where widely and publicly trading in humans is taking place by buying players and selling them from one state to another and from one club to another. The children of the poor states became slaves of the rich ones. The FIFA reactivated the system of slavery and enslavement and trading in human beings from Africa to Europe and America; and also from Latin America to Europe. This degradation is taking place against real young people just because they are poor and because they are from poor African or Latin and sometime Asian states. The rich states running the FIFA are the rich one only. The poor ones will never have the glory of hosting the FIFA even if they have the desire to be the host and even if they present whatever they have and even if know-tow to the FIFA’s president and leadership. Why? Because hosting needs stadiums with specified standards not available at most of the world states. They are available only in the rich states. It needs infrastructure and most of the states of the world especially the third world ones, are suffering of the poor infrastructure such as communications, transportations, airports, harbors and hotels etc. this naturally made the hosting of the world cup a monopoly of the rich states. As such the FIFA is international yet not the property of the peoples. The FIFA has increased the international racism tendency and the extreme right; the proof is that the groups that supported the sport clubs are extreme right and racist groups. Where is the conscience of the world?

But then we see where the wacky dictator is getting at, in his solution to “The FIFA” problem. Gadhafi is miffed:

Solution
Each state should have the right to host the FIFA according to its abilities and not according to the FIFA’s unjust conditions- that the states of an area or continent is entitled with the matches distributed in light of accommodating ability. This leads to the following benefits:

1. A number of peoples will be able to directly enjoy the games
2. Increase the number of attendants by increase of the hosting countries
3. Unjustness, hatred and bitterness of the poor peoples, which are, now deprived because of the FIFA’s unjust and corrupt system would be put away for the realization of the social purpose of the FIFA’s philosophy as per the expectation of its French founder …..
4. FIFA would get more income
5. Distribute the benefits among a number of states and also distribute the losses, if any, among a number of states
6. Avoid confusion, failure and competition suspension in cases of natural catastrophes or the death of the head of the hosting state
7. Poor countries will take advantage of the FIFA’s money to upgrade their infrastructure even only in the sport field; and not like what is going on now when the FIFA is throwing ashes in eyes by distributing a little bit of money among other states when heaping billions where we know and do not know for the interest of gamblers and exploiters and embezzlers doing business in everything. Using distances as excuses is a totally unjust justification. Because world cup matches take place and took place in cities inside a host state farther in distance and time than the neighboring countries or countries located in the same area or continent. Suffice it is to refute this unacceptable excuse that the world cup of 2006 is taking place in Germany and is going to be in 12 cities; the distance between each city is bigger than the distance connecting Germany with a number of European states. The distance between Hamburg and Munich is more than 600 km, Munich and Berlin more than 500 km and so on with the rest of the German cities. Then what is wrong with having the world cup matches in a number of states being far away with the same distance or less? The world cup took place in America in 1994 in cities being far away from another with thousands of kilometers as is the case with Dallas and Boston, Boston and Stanford, Boston and Orlando; the time difference reaches hours. Still in the worst case why host the country cannot be the state whose team is the winner of the final match of the previous world cup? So, competition for winning the world cup will be the more meaningful by hosting the next mondial by the winning state.

This is the solution; else the FIFA should be cancelled because it is a material and moral danger, and because of what is going to take place from now on of problems, difficulties, sicknesses, hatred and animosity, disintegrations, hotheadedness and collective degradation. This is when the psychological and social studies proved that foolhardier, enthusiasts and addicts of FIFA are the one whose moods and comprehensions are below the sanity level.

What wise words, it is strange to think this man cannot promote himself to General.
