There is a unique clause in my Job Description which is stated as Additional Duties As Assigned. This is an additional assignment, per Rae. (I think she wants the Funk.)

I guess people cannot find my Music Page FAQ.

Random 10 Albums Semi-Sorta Randomly pulled from my collection:

  1. Classified – Bond
  2. Let’s Face It – The Mighty-Mighty Bosstones
  3. Strong Bad Sings: And Other Type Hits – Strong Bad (and the Brother’s Chaps)
  4. Dark Territory – Dick Dale and his Del Tones :: (Best version of “Ghost Riders in the Sky” that I’ve ever.heard.)
  5. Jacquet’s Got itIllinois Jacquet and his Big Band
  6. The Essential Blues Brothers – The Blues Brothers Rhythm and Blues Review
  7. Fore and AftRick Leon
  8. Excitable BoyWarren Zevon
  9. Contraband – Men at Work
  10. It Means Everything – Save Ferris

What is the total amount of music files on your computer?

    Which one?
    Seriously…
Aside: I just bought an iPod from Amazon-dot-com, it should be ariving shortly. Yes, yes, I’m part of the POD PEOPLE now! So spare me the iJokes. What can I say? the thing was free!

The last CD you bought is:

The Lost Christmas Eve – Trans-Siberian Orchestra

What is the song you last listened to before this message?

Do you remember when? – The J. Geils Band

Five songs that you often listen to or that mean a lot to you.

  1. Cast Your Fate to the Wind – Vince Guaraldi

One of those songs that just knows how to relax me. “That Happy Feeling” by Bert Kamfert does the trick too.
  2. Three Buckets of Jive – Illinois Jacquet
You have to hear the whole thing for yourself.
  3. Jupiter – The Bringer of Jollity – Holst
Rising and falling, I don’t know why I like this song so much. But of the first three songs mentioned, all are instrumentals
  4. Agnus Dei / Worthy – Third Day
You have to hear this one too.
  5. Convoy – C.W. McCall
Uh, Breaker One-Nine, this here’s the Rubber Duck
You got a copy on me Pig-Pen? C’mon

Uh, yeah 10-4 Pig Pen, fer sure, fer sure
By golly it’s clean clear to Flag-Town, C’mon

      Uh, yeah, that’s a big 10-4 Pig-Pen,
Yeah, we definitely got us the front door good buddy,
Mercy sakes alive, looks like we got us a convoy

Was the dark of the moon, on the sixth of June
      In a Kenworth, pullin’ logs
Cabover Pete with a reefer on
      And a Jimmy haulin’ hogs
We ‘as headin’ fer bear on I-One-Oh
      ‘Bout a mile outta Shaky-Town
I sez Pig-Pen, this here’s the Rubber Duck
An’ I’m about to put the hammer on down

Who are you gonna pass this stick to? (5 persons and why)

  1. Matt: Cause he needs content
  2. Allison: Cause she needs content too.
  3. Bex: Cause she needs content more than anybody.
  4. Erika – I think she needs content, doesn’t she?
  5. Who else needs content?

I guess there wasn’t a lot of funk on here.

Cause she’s a BRICK….

…. HOUSE!

MIGHTY-MIGHT-TAE!

  5. Not to worry Dad, I cleaned it up.
(Sometimes the “quotes”) in MS Word are too graphical for HTML (or at least PHP – which is what Jeremy-Gilby-dot-com is written in.)

Yeah, Black Velvet was probably my first favorite Jazz Tune.
I don’t have a good copy on CD anywhere. Which is a shame.

  6. Ahaha. Wow, I just saw my name. And, yes, I need content. I’ve been incredibly busy at work lately and haven’t even read all my favorite sites so I’m catching up now. Maybe I’ll do this one. Oh, and I just bought an iPod too. I love it.
